Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PromReach. By creating an account or using the service you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you use PromReach for a business, you accept them on behalf of that business.

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your password safe and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for what happens in your account and workspaces.
• Workspace owners control who can access a workspace and what each role can do.
• Tell us straight away at support@promreach.com if you think your account has been compromised.

PromReach is for legitimate marketing only. You must not:

• Buy, sell or simulate followers, likes, views, reviews or other fake engagement.
• Send spam, run bot networks, or evade any platform's limits or detection systems.
• Publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, infringes someone's rights or breaks the rules of the platform you publish to.
• Connect accounts or Pages you are not authorized to manage.
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the service, or use it to launder money or commit fraud.

You must also follow the terms of each platform you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms, TikTok's Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service and LinkedIn's User Agreement.

You own the content you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to run the service for you, for example to publish a post you scheduled. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish.

• You can add funds to your wallet through our payment providers. Funds are held in Bangladeshi taka or US dollars and do not earn interest.
• Wallet funds pay for subscriptions, marketplace orders, creator collaborations and ad budgets.
• Withdrawals go to a payout method in your name and may need identity checks. We can hold a withdrawal while we review suspected fraud or a dispute.
• Every movement appears in your wallet history. Tell us within 30 days if you think a transaction is wrong.
• Payment provider fees may apply and are shown before you pay.

• When you buy a service or start a creator collaboration, the agreed amount moves from your wallet into escrow.
• The money is released to the provider or creator when you approve the work.
• If an order is cancelled before work is delivered, or a dispute is decided in your favour, the escrowed amount returns to your wallet.
• PromReach may charge a platform fee on marketplace transactions. The fee is always shown before you confirm.
• Providers and creators are independent. They, not PromReach, are responsible for the work they deliver and for following the law, including disclosing paid partnerships.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly from your wallet and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Upgrades take effect straight away, with the price difference prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
• If a renewal cannot be paid, we will retry and remind you during a grace period. If it still fails, the workspace moves to the Free plan.
• Plan limits (social accounts, posts, AI credits, seats) are shown on the pricing page. Plan AI credits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused credits do not roll over. Add-ons last 30 days.
• Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires or we decide otherwise.

AI Studio and the AI agent generate suggestions that can be wrong, incomplete or similar to content made for others. Review everything before you publish. You are responsible for content you publish, including AI-assisted content. AI never publishes or spends money without your approval.

Social platforms can change or remove features, limit API access or suspend accounts at any time. When that happens, some PromReach features may stop working for that platform. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes on your account.

You can delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or put other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and let you withdraw your remaining wallet balance, unless it is part of a fraud investigation or we are legally prevented.

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise any specific marketing result, reach or sales.

To the extent the law allows, PromReach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
